{"id":1298,"date":"2020-02-28T12:09:18","date_gmt":"2020-02-28T16:09:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/192.168.157.126\/?page_id=1298"},"modified":"2020-03-02T17:20:35","modified_gmt":"2020-03-02T21:20:35","slug":"support-level-2-tech-job-profile","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/192.168.157.126\/index.php\/employment\/support-level-2-tech-job-profile\/","title":{"rendered":"Support, Level 2 Tech &#8211; Job Profile"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>JOB PROFILE:<\/strong>\u00a0SUPPORT<br \/>\n<strong>JOB TITLE:<\/strong>\u00a0Level 2 Technician<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><br \/>\nTECH TONICS<\/strong>, A Warrington, PA based Provider of Full Service, Managed Technology Support.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Provide resolutions for escalated service tickets<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Work with clients to evaluate and solve technical problems, both remotely and on-site<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Evaluate existing systems and\/or user needs to analyze, design, recommend, and implement system changes<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Microsoft Server \/ Active Directory system administration and server migration<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Configure and support internal and\/or external networks<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Troubleshoot server and network performance<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Maintain and enter a daily log of completed work using an incident-tracking application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><br \/>\nPOSITION REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years recent computer, server, and network administration\/troubleshooting experience<\/li>\n<li>Proven professional customer support skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficient with MS Server OS, MS Active Directory, MS Cloud systems<\/li>\n<li>Must be resourceful and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to effectively and efficiently troubleshoot technical problems<\/li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of current Microsoft desktop and server operating systems<\/li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Exchange, SharePoint and other server applications<\/li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of computer and server hardware<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with network troubleshooting<\/li>\n<li>Professional customer service skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and oral communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to create detailed but concise documentation, with screenshots, quickly and accurately<\/li>\n<li>Strong Relationship skills<\/li>\n<li>The ability and desire to work in a company culture that rewards sound judgment, innovation, courage, honesty, selflessness, and passion<\/li>\n<li>The ability to reach closure and clear futures at each stage of the IT support\u00a0cycle<\/li>\n<li>Ability and willingness to work in an environment providing 24x7x365 support<\/li>\n<li>Live within a 30 mile radius of TT HeadquartersPossess a valid driver\u2019s license and vehicle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong><br \/>\nDESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Expertise in Connectwise Automate (formerly Labtech) or similar RMM solution<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Experience working with business owners and internal directors of IT<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Experience with Microsoft Windows Server migrations, Active Directory Migrations<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Experience in working within and maximizing the impact of a quality IT Support\u00a0process<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Experience in being part of a small and\/or medium size and growing organization.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Ability \/ Experience with researching and successfully troubleshooting home computer\\network issues(have fixed at least some of your own issues you\u2019ve faced in the past)<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Certifications: MCSA, CCNA, VCP<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">A College Degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>LOCATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The primary territory for this position will be the Delaware Valley.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>COMPENSATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">An extremely competitive compensation package comprised of salary and bonus opportunities will be provided to the successful candidate.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>ABOUT OUR COMPANY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Bucks County, PA, Tech Tonics primary goal is to eliminate the burden of IT related problems for our clients.
