I am very glad that were able to
identify your network problems and solve them in a quick and easy manner.
We made quite a few improvements to your internal system that I will outline

Below is a summary of the work performed:
1) Install Virus Scan software

Virus Scan software was installed and licensed on all machines.
2) Clean any infected machines of spy ware and
viruses – performed by Johnny TechTonics
a. All machines were inspected for viruses and spy ware.
b. Front-room desktop machine was cleaned of multiple viruses. All other machines were safe.
3) Investigate network latency –
performed by Johnny TechTonics
a.
Applied appropriate DNS, DHCP settings to Active Directory Server and
router. In plain English: You server
was configured incorrectly and we modified the appropriate settings.
b.
By solving this problem, the printer problem with the computer in the Staff
office was solved, along with any problems that were present while attempting
to log in.
c.
Improved performance should be easily noticeable.
